does not work

Nor the App nor the "support" web page does work !
On MacOS 10.6.8 the App immediately quits with an Apple-Report, which I wanted to send on the Support Page.
Send Message (just a graphics) does not act in any way under Safari 5.1.7.
It would be better to spend the money to poor people in the world.
